All prices are on request in relation to the size of the product(s) and type of knot(s) that you have choosen.
Ordering & Payment
If you agree with the offered price, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an invoice once we have received your order. After your payment is received, your order will be processed.
What is the delivery time?
We understand that you want your product(s) as quickly as possible, therefore we process your order as soon as possible after your payment. All our products will be handmade, therefore they have a longer delivery time. When your order is finished and your package has been sent, you will receive an e-mail with your Track & Trace code.
Which courier does The Paraknotter use?
We hand the delivery over to PostNL, who has its own delivery times for each country.

For The Netherlands, the cost to deliver your parcel is:

What happens if I’m not there at the time of delivery?
If you are not in at the first delivery attempt, PostNL will leave a message and try again the next day. If you’re not there at the second delivery attempt, they will leave a note on which they indicate how/where/when you can collect the package.
Which countries does The Paraknotter deliver to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are maybe restrictions on some products, and maybe some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Can I change my delivery address after my order is placed?
This is only possible if you’re report the change within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com.
What can I do if a wrong or damaged product is delivered?
Always check the packing slip and receipt of the delivered product(s). Please contact us if you have received a wrong of damaged article at firstname.lastname@example.org.
